I’ll play your Sylvers sample game. “Misdememeanor” was the sample used in Shyne’s early single “That’s Gangsta”. I heard the song once maybe a year after this single came out and proceeded to spend the next 4 years looking for this illusive Jackson Five song that I never heard before, this even included buying some rare import Jackson Five best of but that came to no avail.
